Job Description

· Use exceptional and friendly customer service to accept service requests, schedule, route schedule, manage customer accounts, and effectively communicate between technicians and customers to provide an efficient and professional service.

Job Responsibilities

· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

· Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or online chat, to provide support and information on products or services.

· Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.

· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

· Assist customers in understanding the range of services offered by the company.

· Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's services, products, and service areas to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

· Manage customer accounts, update contact information, service history, and collect payment.

· Communicate effectively with internal teams such as office staff and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Run current and future schedules.

· Must be able to learn and perform all dispatching and office responsibilities.

· Be able to lift and organize medium to small sized packages.

· Maintain a neat and orderly workspace.

Qualifications

· Uses good verbal communication skills and telephone technique.

· Good attention to detail.

· Must be willing and able to learn all aspects of our dispatch system.

· Ability to sit at a desk 8+ hours per day.

· Visual ability to read detailed reports on a computer screen.

-Education and Experience

· Hich School Diploma or equivalent.

· Must be 18 years of age or older.
